Along with the internal marketing group, we designed the strategy and management for the official Virgin Blue Twitter account and Facebook page. By integrating sale fares, exclusives, brand and destination content we have been successful in driving sales, generating engagement and increasing brand loyalty. In 2011, Virgin Blue had a major re-launch of their brand: Virgin Australia. Sparkloft Media helped transition Virgin Blue's social media presence into the new look, feel and personality of Australia's newest airline, which flies within Australia and to New Zealand.
