There is no global ‘one size fits all' approach to social media. Businesses using social media to reach consumers in different markets (or countries) face the challenge of adapting global brand messages that resonate on a local level.
For our International clients, we created a network of more than 30 content community managers (CCMs) across five continents. They all have a deep understanding of social, strong background in content creation and can deliver local market insights to affect global content strategies.
